Brian Ridgway
Brian Ridgway has owned and operated Executive Housing since 1996. He also serves as the company’s broker. While overseeing all of the firm’s activities, Brian is most directly involved with the daily management of our client’s properties. He draws from past real estate experience ranging from title work and settlements to mortgage banking. Brian also lists properties for rent, working to place high caliber tenants in our exceptional properties.
Brian lives in Bethesda with his wife, Carolyn, and their three children and dog. He spends his free time coaching youth sports and loves skiing and golfing with his family.
Suzanne Jones
Suzanne Jones has anchored our leasing team since 1997. In addition, she has more than 24 years of experience in the property management field. Suzanne’s expertise is in listing properties and estates for rent and finding our clients the best quality tenant possible at the maximum-market rate.
Suzanne resides in Potomac with her husband, Brian, and is a proud mother of three beautiful kids. She enjoys traveling with her husband and many forms of physical fitness.
Carolyn Ridgway
Carolyn Ridgway serves as a Leasing Specialist. She lists homes for rent and shows prospective tenants available properties. She shows Executive Housing’s listings, as well as all other listings available in the Multiple Listing Service.
Carolyn lives in Bethesda with her husband Brian and their three children and dog. She loves playing any sport, and enjoys staying physically fit, reading, entertaining, and raising her children.
Vera Ruser
Vera Ruser leases and manages properties as well. She has over 20 years experience in our industry and uses her expertise to find quality tenants for her terrific properties.
Vera lives in Northwest Washington with her husband, and she enjoys reading and travel.
Kevin Conley
Kevin Conley is part of our property management team. He oversees a wide range of responsibilities reated to managing our beautiful portfolio of homes.
A graduate of Catholic University of America, Kevin starred in baseball, and captained the team his junior and senior years. Kevin is part of a large Washington extended family that has lived here for generations. Kevin is recently married, and lives with his wife in Rockville.
Lauren Mitchum
Lauren Mitchum excels on both our property management and leasing teams. She has worked in the Property Management industry since 2003.
Lauren is a native Washingtonian, and spends free moments with her husband and son, and enjoys listening to music. She and her wonderful family live in Silver Spring.
John David Ricca
John David Ricca heads our River Place corporate housing division as well as managing a portion of our outstanding housing portfolio.
“JD”, as he is known, is a native Washingtonian and enjoys all sports. He particularly enjoys football, and was an All-American Quarterback at Hampden Sydney. He has spent the last 2 autumns coaching local youth football. JD lives in Bethesda.
Keith Ricca
Keith Ricca is one of our wonderful property managers, as well as part of our dynamic leasing team – listing and leasing our beautiful collection of homes.
JD’s younger brother, Keith also spends time in the Fall coaching football. Keith was an All American QB at Catholic University. He lives in Bethesda.
